Raffle conducted by Denver Children’s Foundation – Board of Directors (License Number: 2026-21214).
Tickets may be purchased as gifts for individuals under 18 years of age (“minors”), but minors may not purchase tickets. If a ticket is purchased by an eligible purchaser and assigned to a minor or legally incapacitated individual, the Denver Children’s Foundation – Board of Directors reserves the right to require appropriate consent from a parent, guardian, or conservator prior to awarding the prize.
There is no cash option for any prize. Denver Children’s Foundation will transfer title of the vehicle to the Grand Prize winner. The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, as well as registration, insurance, maintenance, repairs, and any other costs associated with the prize.
